We require all of our US customers to fill out and e-sign an Ownership Information form. This document must be maintained in your account and updated if and when any of the information changes. A few tips for filling out the form:
- Company Name should be your company name exactly as it appears on your business license/ registration.
- Owner Name should be the complete first and last name of the owner of the company.
- Website- if you have a website and/ or any social media accounts associated with the business, please enter the link(s) on this line.
