How to fill out a District of Columbia Certificate of Resale

If you plan to sell devices purchased from us in the District of Columbia, we require that you fill out and e-sign the Certificate of Resale District of Columbia Sales and Use Tax. 

Here are some instructions on how to fill out the form correctly and prevent delays in processing your request:

1. Purchaser should be 
2. Describe your business activities on Line 2.
3. Describe what you will be purchasing from We Sell Cellular on Line 5.
4. Name of purchaser should be your registered business name.
5. Address of purchaser should be the registered address of your company.
6. Sign the form along with your title.
