A Resale Certificate is a sales tax exemption certificate submitted by you, the buyer, to the seller guaranteeing that you intend to resell goods being purchased.
The Resale Certificate is issued by the state tax authority and can differ state by state.
If you do business in the US, we may ask you to submit this form or another document before you can make a purchase. Some states such as Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon do not require a resale certificate to be submitted.
